Yeah I think it's dead, thing is with Gmod servers nowadays, it's very very hard to keep players engaged for long periods of time due to oversaturation with the gamemodes and also because most people would rather play on the top 5-10 servers (MVG, Icefuse, WG, previously HG etc.)
But I think it died a while ago since Omega told me over teamspeak basically right after he left that the server's dead and isn't fun anymore, tbh SWRP is kinda taking a long fall from popularity with a lot of servers (including LG obv), because most are just copy paste of each other (except HG was pretty good and more original with the Empire stuff b4 it changed back to CW) so when people see 2 servers nearly exactly the same, 9/10 times they will choose the more popular server with 60 players over the other server with 10 players.
I'm not sure if anything went wrong with the hierarchy or the way the server is run, so I'm not going to point any fingers at people but tbh it seems like you had a lack of staff since almost all the apps got denied.

Right now the server is down yes. We are waiting for Omega to transfer ownership so i can pay for it to stay up. I'm not going to ban Ruskiiy because the beef with him was with Omega and i don't really give a shit.
To be honest i know that the SWRP market is over-saturated but i want to show my dedication to this community. Charmader and I are currently working together to try to make LG how we want it and make it innovative and new.
If it all goes well then we will have an LG that works. If not then we will discontinue LG. We're probably going to wait until end/mid Summer before we even consider giving up. <3
